Personal experience is one of life’s most valuable assets.
My insomnia started in 1982. I won’t dwell on the how’s and why’s, just suffice it to say in March of 2006, I decided I’d had enough sleepless nights. I had enough sleep medication. And I did not want to live like this for the rest of my life. I figure I’ll live till about 95, so this was really important to me – to change my existing habits and get back to what God and nature intended us to do…and that is to rest soundly and sleep at night.”
